❤ Amy Joy ❤

Amy would want you to know she is happy and unburdened, resting in Jesus arms. Amy’s faith is full circle now for Amy is Home with her Father.

Amy can’t come to us. We, however, can follow her.

There is much about this life we don’t understand. But that doesn’t make whatever we don’t understand any less real. In fact, have you ever thought that the most real things in this world may be the very things we can’t see or comprehend? Things we discount only because we can’t wrap our heads around them?

I, Greg, know something now only by God’s Grace. The night Amy went Home to Jesus the veil was pulled back – at that moment I knew that Amy was Home, her real Home – Heaven. God is real. Heaven is real.

I believe today, this day – December 28, 2019 – more than ever that Jesus was born, walked this earth, and died for us… all to make possible eternal life. Amy believed this, and on December 28, 2018, Amy’s belief became real. Heaven became real to Amy that day.

Amy told each of us that she was fine with dying (letting go of this part of her life) because Amy knew where she was going. The one thing Amy lamented was that she couldn’t take us all with her when she went Home to Jesus.

That is true. We were not able to go with Amy. However, we can follow Amy if we, like Amy, will believe in and follow Jesus, her Savior. Jesus didn’t let Amy down and He won’t let us down either.

Jesus said, “In my Father’s house are many rooms.” * (John 14:2) Jesus asks us to trust Him, believe in Him, and follow Him – and in so doing we can go to Amy and follow her to Heaven… If we would just believe and trust.

Today, my belief is a “know.” Today, by God’s Grace, I know where Amy is. Today because of what God has continued to show me each day of this past year I know.

Therefore, today I am following Jesus – His story is real and is true – knowing I will meet Amy and see Jesus, our Savior.

Amy’s prayer is that we all would follow Jesus and in doing so follow Amy to Jesus.

“Come believe in Me and then follow Me (walk with Me)” * (Matthew 16:24) is all He asks.

God bless you all.

Love,

Greg
